These Terms of Service govern your use of outlybag.com and any purchase made through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

OutlyBag is operated by OutlyBag LLC. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to OutlyBag.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The information you provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your order is subject to acceptance and availability

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards. All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery times are 6–13 business days from the date of order. These are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Contact support@outlybag.com to initiate a return

7. Intellectual property

All content on outlybag.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of OutlyBag and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutlyBag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
