Free US shipping — always
Every OutlyBag order ships free within the United States. No minimum order. No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We do not process orders on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Where we ship
Currently OutlyBag ships to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when we expand.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- Contact us at support@outlybag.com and we will investigate immediately
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Damaged items
If your OutlyBag arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email support@outlybag.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us immediately at support@outlybag.com if you need to make a change.
